Inventory Control
We describe here only a summary of this system, because it is a complex system that uses an advanced technique in parameterization, thedifferential is in the dynamic allocation of inventories in warehouses, that is, the system itself is responsible for directing material inputsfor a rental available without user interference.
When causing the material to leave, the system places this stock in transit and keeps the location blocked until the material enters the other warehouse.
In the case of departures to other destinations that are not warehouses, the location is blocked until confirmation of the departure by the operator.
Through the configuration screen, the parameters for the information flow are indicated in such a way that stocks are automatically written off afterentries or after confirmation of exits.
There are several reports and charts for stock maintenance, such as: Obsolete items, suggestion for purchases, items in excess, critical items, among others.
